Webforum or message board abuse usually involves but is not limited to the posting of offensive or malicious material. If anyone encounters an abuse of a web based forum that originates from a Virgin Media customer we would ask that the incident is reported to the Virgin Media Internet Security team What to include in a report -- The content of the post(s). -- The IP address responsible for making the post(s). -- The time stamp of the event and a confirmation of the time zone that the time stamp was recorded in. -- A brief description of why you wish to make the report.
